The countdown is on until The Waldorf School of Philadelphia’s annual Holiday Fair & Craft Bazaar, Friday, November 22 & Saturday, November 23. With over 30 vendors to shop from, delicious homemade food and baked goods, free performances by WSP students, wonderful puppet plays – including a new one for those under 3 years of age – and other exciting activities for everyone, you won’t want to miss out!
Friday night, November 22 from 6 – 10 pm is a great opportunity for friends, family, and other grown-ups to shop kid-free. Enjoy delicious dinner options for purchase and lively entertainment, plus first pick at all of the vendors. Oh, and did we mention that Friday night is FREE admission.
Saturday is full-on family fun with lots of activities that children of all ages will enjoy. You’re never too old to make a jump rope, dip a candle, or work the cider press. Plus, children have the unique opportunity to get presents for their grown-ups and others on their list in the Children’s Shopping Room. For $5/person 14 and over, it’s a great deal for a day full of fun. Plus, homemade, reasonably priced food in our lunchroom and bakery, with coffee from Mt Airy’s own, High Point Café.

As a bonus, we have a one-of-a-kind quilt made this year by WSP grandmother, Glenda Oetting, sent to us with love and care all the way from Arkansas. This beautiful twin quilt can be yours if you win the raffle, drawn on Saturday, November 23 at 4:30 p.m. at the Fair. Tickets can be purchased at the Fair: one ticket for $5; five tickets for $20; or twenty tickets for $50.
The annual Holiday Fair is a unique opportunity to have fun and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of The Waldorf School of Philadelphia. We hope to see you there!
